Sunrise has a full summer of events and activities scheduled including a 3-D archery shoot, and  July 4th fireworks display over the lake. Snowy Mountain Stables, located at the area, offers trail rides for riders of all levels and abilities as well as wagon rides. The General Store is open daily with fishing, camping and picnic supplies as well as fuel and permits for the White Mountain Apache Reservation .  Sunrise Lodge is a 100-room, full service lodge open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with meeting and conference space available.
